ΚΑΤΑΝΟΜΗΣ ΑΞΙΩΜΑΤΩΝ ΤΟΥ ΑΘΛΗΤΙΚΟΥ ΟΜΙΛΟΥ ΚΟΜΑΡΩΝ

Στα Κόμαρα σήμερα στις 20/05/2007 τα παρακάτω μέλη του Δ.Σ.: 1) Αραμπατζόγλου Φίλιππος 2) Ζηκίδης Στέργιος 3) Κοτζά Νετζιμή 4) Σερλέτης Παναγιώτης 5) Σερμπέζης Αντώνιος 6)Τέκος Κωνσταντήνος 7) Τελούδης Ευάγγελος εκλεγέντες στις εκλογές της 18/05/2007 πραγματοποίησαν μεταξύ τους μυστική ψηφοφορία για την κατανομή αξιωμάτων και εξελέγησαν:

1. ΠΡΟΕΔΡΟΣ: Ζηκίδης Στέργιος
2. ΑΝΤΙΠΡΟΕΔΡΟΣ: Κοτζά Νετζιμή
3. ΓΕΝ. ΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΕΑΣ: Σερμπέζης Αντώνιος
4. ΤΑΜΙΑΣ: Τέκος Κωνσταντίνος
5. ΥΠΕΥΘΥΝΟΣ ΠΟΔΟΣΦΑΙΡΙΚΟΥ ΤΜΗΜΑΤΟΣ Αραμπατζόγλου Φίλιππος
6. ΜΕΛΟΣ: Σερλέτης Παναγιώτης
7. ΜΕΛΟΣ: Τελούδης Ευάγγελος

Ο ΠΡΟΕΔΡΟΣ ΤΑ ΜΕΛΗ

Πρακτικό

Γενικής συνέλευσης μελών και ανάδειξης νέου Δ.Σ του Αθλητικού Ομίλου Κομάρων.

Στα Κόμαρα σήμερα 18 του μηνός Απριλίου του έτους 2007, ημέρα Τετάρτη και ώρα 21:00 συνήλθαν τα μέλη του Α.Ο.Κομάρων σε τακτική γενική συνέλευση στην αίθουσα του δημοτικού διαμερίσματος Κομάρων, ύστερα από απόφαση του Δ.Σ. για συζήτηση και λήψη αποφάσεων στα ακόλουθα θέματα της ημερήσιας διάταξης:

Θέμα μόνο: Διενέργεια εκλογών νέου Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου.

Μετά την ανάγνωση του μητρώου των μελών από τον πρόεδρο του Α.Ο.Κομάρων κ.Τσορμπατζόγλου Σαραντή διαπιστώνεται ότι από τα 45 εγγεγραμμένα μέλη βρίσκονται παρόντα 33 που έχουν δικαίωμα ψήφου.

Με βάσει τα ανωτέρω στοιχεία η Γ.Σ. βρίσκεται σε απαρτία και εκλέγει πρόεδρο τον κ.Βυζαντζίκη Θεόδωρο με πρακτικογράφο τον κ.Σύρμου Δημήτριο και ψηφολέκτη τον Ντελή Ιωάννη οι οποίοι εγκρίνονται από την Γ.Σ.

Στη συνέχεια η Γ.Σ. εκλέγει εφορευτική επιτροπή:

1. Χαμαλίδης Ιωάννης τακτικό μέλος

2. Σιαφκαλόζης Κωνσταντίνος τακτικό μέλος

3. Αραμπατζής Παναγιώτης τακτικό μέλος

Στη συνέχεια κατατίθεται στον πρόεδρο της Γ.Σ. οι δηλώσεις των υποψηφίων ο οποίος με ευθύνη του και των υποψηφίων συντάσσει το ενιαίο ψηφοδέλτιο και το παραδίδει στην εφορευτική επιτροπή η οποία έχει την ευθύνη της διεξαγωγής των εκλογών.

Μετά από αυτά γίνεται η συζήτηση στο μόνο θέμα της ημερήσιας διάταξης και παίρνονται οι ακόλουθες αποφάσεις:

Ώρα έναρξης της ψηφοφορίας ορίζεται η 21:00 και ώρα λήξης η 22:00.

Το μόνο θέμα. Για την ανάδειξη 7 μελών του Δ.Σ. του Α.Ο.Κομάρων διανέμονται ψηφοδέλτια σε 33 μέλη έχοντας δικαίωμα ψήφου.

Έγινε διαλογή και βρέθηκαν:
Ψηφοδέλτια 33 Λευκά= 0 Έγκυρα=33

Έλαβαν τους παρακάτω σταυρούς προτίμησης:

1. ΑΡΑΜΠΑΤΖΟΓΛΟΥ ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΣ ΕΛΑΒΕ ΣΤΑΥΡΟΥΣ 21

2. ΑΡΑΜΠΑΤΖΗΣ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΣ ΕΛΑΒΕ ΣΤΑΥΡΟΥΣ 8

3. ΖΗΚΙΔΗΣ ΣΤΕΡΓΙΟΣ ΕΛΑΒΕ ΣΤΑΥΡΟΥΣ 17

4. ΚΟΤΖΑ ΝΕΤΖΙΜΗ ΕΛΑΒΕ ΣΤΑΥΡΟΥΣ 12

5. ΜΠΑΚΙΡΤΖΗΣ ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣ ΕΛΑΒΕ ΣΤΑΥΡΟΥΣ 10

6. ΣΕΡΛΕΤΗΣ ΠΑΝΑΓΙΩΤΗΣ ΕΛΑΒΕ ΣΤΑΥΡΟΥΣ 28

7. ΣΕΡΜΠΕΖΗΣ ΑΝΤΩΝΙΟΣ ΕΛΑΒΕ ΣΤΑΥΡΟΥΣ 18

8. ΤΕΚΟΣ ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ ΕΛΑΒΕ ΣΤΑΥΡΟΥΣ 17

9. ΤΕΛΟΥΔΗΣ ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΟΣ ΕΛΑΒΕ ΣΤΑΥΡΟΥΣ 18

Από τα ανωτέρω αποτελέσματα εξελέγησαν κατά σειρά επιτυχίας:

Οι εκλεγέντες δήλωσαν ότι δέχονται την εκλογή τους, η δε θητεία τους είναι διετής σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 17 του καταστατικού.
